I am a PNM from out of state but I really want a fair shot in recruitment. I am an 'attractive' blonde who has competed in various beauty pageants. I was on my student council and had a lot of friends! Even though I don't know anyone will I be competitive for a sorority like Phi Mu or KD?

Why are you worried about getting into phi mu or dk when you literally have never met them? My advice is to be less shallow.

My suggestion is to make sure that you have recs for every house, esp. phi mu and kd! and make sure that social media is clean! your GPA will also play a big role. Your resume needs to sparkle! make connections early and in the later rounds let them know that you're enjoying your time at the house.

What wrong with that? KD and Phi Mu were being bashed by haters yet they turned it around to something positive and gave out great advice that applies to everyone.

PhiMu and KD gave themselves away on this post (being many houses require recs), but then again, they troll this site like it's their job defending their "tier" and cutting anyone down who may be perceived by others as better than them. Ladies, you are about as transparent as a pane of glass.
