Bailey guy??? Am I in an alternate timeline

So I’m on instagram and see Bailey guy on there. I swear I followed her on there after 2020 or 2021 recruitment and I swear I thought she went phi mu or something at UT? But her instagram shows her going to MTSU and in AOII? I’m so confused rn cause I only followed her bc recruitment

She is a pageant girl and is very close friends with two phi mu girls who also competed in the same pageant as her. Presley Pedigo who graduated and Bella Robb who is a junior . But Bailey never went here she just hangs out here with those girls
