rushing as a 21 y/o

Alright so I know stuff like this has been posted before but I have slightly different circumstances. I enlisted in the army right out of high school, due to the fact that I partook in far too many "extra curricular activities" my junior and senior years and I didn't have the best of grades. I will be 21 when this contract is up , with one combat deployment, and I wouldn't be taking any break In between school and the army. I want to attend UTK because my family is all from TN (I'm from MD), so I would be close to relatives, and y'all's administration does well by veterans. So I was just wondering if I had a chance at making it into a good fraternity, as I think the brotherhood would be somewhat like what I now have in the army, not to mention the social benefits.
