How many pledges did each sorority get? Does the size of the sorority factor into dues?

Why? Because it is actually against National Pan rules to hand out snap bids before bid day if your chapter made quota, and you could only COB and call girls after bids had been opened and you did it anyway?

They handing out COBs maybe. Not snap bids. Two different things.

Just to clarify, a chapter cannot give a snap bid at 10 AM on Bid Day? That’s against the rules? Because it seems several people have stated that they know bids were given out that morning on Bid day!

If they reached recruitment quota, no. Snap bids can only be given out on bid day before bids are opened if the chapter did not reach recruitment quota. After bids are opened chapters can offer bids to reach chapter quota. (Snap/Cob)

Yes they can. They chapter is informed if they didn’t make quota and they can offer a snap bid so the girl can come be a part of bid day like everyone else.

There is a BIG difference between recruitment quota and Chapter quota. Snap bids before bids are read is to allow chapters did not reach recruitment quota to add ladies to their rosters to meet that quota. It’s not a free for all for chapters that met their recruitment quota to fill their house quota. That is to be done COB AFTER bids are opened.
