best sisterhoods?

I think a lot of times ranking and tiers are heavily based off of looks alone, unfortunately. Which chapters would you say have the best sisterhood??
In my opinion adpi, aoii, kd, kkg, and axo seem to have strong sisterhoods from what I’ve seen. Not saying the other chapters don’t! But I think with these chapters it’s just very evident.
Chi o is a hard one for me. I think they have a strong sisterhood/friendship bonds but girls in the chapter tend to stick to the friendships they already had coming in or stick with their hometown girls.

The chapters with the strongest sisterhoods are the ones that retain their members from bid day on. They don’t participate in spring recruitment, because girls love it and don’t drop. Also the number of seniors that are still around indicates strong sisterhood. They want to stay because it’s a good experience!

The problem with that is that some chapters never participate in spring recruitment not because their numbers are good, but because their bylaws don't allow them to
