Tik Toks... do they make a difference?

Have any PNMs actually been positively influenced by the dancing tik toks?
For me it makes me embarrassed to rush... like why is everyone trying so hard and why do they think a cool tik tok is going to make me want to join that house?
Thinking of dropping out because all it all feels forced and cringe and based of social media. Am I alone?

Its just the new way of being visible on social media and like a short goofy ad. Are some cringe? yeah lol but I wouldnt say it influences the conversations I have had in houses in a negative or positive way. I think it is easy to tell which chapters put more effort into trying to go viral and if that isnt for you then aim elsewhere.
