Easier usually, sororities have to meet a quota for sophomores/juniors so a lot of times older girls going through rush basically get whatever house they want

Dumb answer. No one ever basically gets whatever house they want. Quota is very small for upper class man because a smaller amount go through rush. That being said, it's competitive for them. Juniors and sophomores compete against each other for a spot. Houses like girls who can be active for as many years as possible. So every one needs to be on their game

they were correct. A junior basically has a top pick of whichever house they want. Upperclassman quota is very serious and all sororities strive to meet it.

Above poster is being sarcastic because juniors don't usually go through rush and even with upperclassman quota there is no specific quota set for only juniors, sophomores, or transfer students. And just because you are an upperclassman doesn't mean any house has to bid "you".
