Who Own Each Frat House

I've noticed confusion around BYX being "kicked off" row, so I thought it would be helpful to create a list specifying which fraternities own each house. Please note that the fraternities listed on the left are the current renters of the respective houses.

Beta - ΔΤΔ [Suspension ends Spring 2024]

ΒΥΧ - ΦΣΚ [Moving back into their house Fall 2024]

Phi Delt - ΑΤΟ [Suspension ends Fall 2026]

Phi Tau - ΣΦΕ [Suspension ends Fall 2027]

Theta Chi - ΚΑ Order [Suspension ends Fall 2025]

ppl are also confused on who’s gonna take the phi delt (ato) house in the fall. bc both phi sig and dtd will be taking their houses back, so either beta or byx could get to move in and the other won’t have a house :(

just asking bc of looking ahead to rush and don't want to join a frat that's losing a house. where will the new houses go?

They have the delt house for the rest of this year, but by then another frat will more than likely get suspended so they’ll just move into that house
