Opinion based on talk and what I have seen

After rush and seeing how things have shaken out, this is my take:

Chapters no longer top and will def be lower tier after this year's seniors graduate: DDD & ADP Majority of girls in both houses are not as pretty as the seniors so being unfriendly and not nice all around has hurt both chapters

Phi Mu still has many cool, super social media famous older girls. Will still be considered top next year, but not top top. This year's pledge class is not good

KD killed it this year so will stay top

AXO on rise with new pledge class and seems to be hated
on a lot which shows the rise

DZ had good pledge class but lost out to other houses, but still pretty,cool out of state girls

Zeta is falling with mixed bag pledge classes last several years

Chi O seems to have done well,but I don't know any so can't comment

AOII was better a couple year's ago but seems to have fallen a lot with recent pledge classes
