How does it change

If we can mostly admit that ADPI, DDD and Phi Mu didn’t do as well and before and their pledge classes are not that great, how do you keep them as still up top? We all know as pledge classes change, sororities rise and fall. Does it take two pledge classes to drop and change?
Just curious bc I am a freshman and I hear about who has the best pledge classes and it’s not those three. Obviously things change from year to year. I also think our school is changing and getting smarter students more than three years ago

I think the top tier sororities dropped down to middle tier a looooooong time ago but no one wants to admit it. Most people on here are in Greek life, we all say we don't pay attention to this website but really we all do. This leads to people self rating their chapters.... I think a lot of the people who put up the rankings are self ranking because if you look at how many people say that the top chapters are full of mean girls and new girls are constantly dropping its very telling.... I don't think their really top like they want to be. Just my personal opinion from observing this website

Phi MU PC 22 was very good too so I agree they are still a Top house they will regroup next year and still stay a top house not sure what happened with tri
Delt and Adpi as they really took in some head scratching pnms
