I am a freshman but how I see it is KD Phi Mu AXO and DZ have the pretty girls and frats like the most. Zeta a little like them

DDD, AOII ADPI have the smarter less party girls

DDD had a weird pledge class - same as ADPI - older girls are prettier but newer pledge classes not so much
