by: Panif you get dropped from all the houses you like don’t settle literally just drop recruitment because almost all the houses do cob or snap bids. the bottom houses are bottom for a reason: lack of sisterhood/membership, no events, etc. so don’t settle.

There's a reason nobody tells you this, because it SUCKS! This post is from someone bitter who is obviously trying to screw over pnm's. A house that drops a pnm is not going to turn around and offer her a snap, so forget that one. And about cobs, well if a pnm really wants to wait around for the possibility of one, she will miss being in a sorority new member class in fall semester, which is the most fun time of being in a sorority. And some houses cob sometimes and others do it at other times, so no pnm can count on any house they want offering bids, and houses will often just offer bids on the dl to girls they already like. it's not like cob is a secondary rush. It's hit or miss.

just because you get dropped from a house doesn’t mean that they wanted to drop you other people just scored higher you just didn’t make the cut. so yes they can offer you. a bid….. also a whole chapters decision isn’t make by the one person who talks to them. the only sororities who don’t do cob are high tier because they don’t Need TO
