Alpha Gamma Delta coming to campus

So Alpha Gamma Delta is going to join the campus next fall. While the pledge classes were huge and the campus could use a new house, how will this affect Pi Phi? They've been struggling with numbers for a while now.

Where will they be housed? Will they build on srat village?

there’s a new development that’ll have a mix of NPHC/multi cultural houses, they’ll be there. might hurt their numbers though.

I feel like since the university opened up for expansion and the orgs had to show a plan of what they were doing, they'll 100% have a house in the future.

As Pi Beta Phi continues to lose members in great numbers, it will be closing within a year or so, ALpha Gamma Delta will probably be purchasing their house.

90% of the time when a school is expanding there are one or two chapters who are struggling. It is the “make it” or “break it” for those chapters. Sometimes those chapters are forced to close. But sometimes the new group helps: more interest on campus (sometimes from non-traditional PNMs), more COBs, more groups participating in informal recruitment, etc. I’ve seen it go both ways. I have a lot of faith in Pi Phi. They have a strong national with deep pockets if need be. Don’t count them out!!
