Does anyone know about how many girls are in each pledge class?

Not sure about earlier years but last year was around 150 and we’re expecting 175-200 this year!

Here’s a basic formula : if there are 5 sororities on campus, and 100 PNMs make it to prefs and sign MRABA cards, quota, the number of new members per sorority, will be 20 per pledge class. So, we don’t know now how many girls are going to sign up for recruitment, nor of those, how many will sign the MRABA card ( bid card), but that number will be divided by the # of sororities, and the pledge classes will be near that number.

But doesn’t the number of PNMs get posted somewhere? Like how many signed up?

Number of PNMs doesn’t equal number of new members. A lot of self absorbed girls drop once they don’t get “top” houses back, usually at least 10-15% of the total.

Signup for rush hasn’t ended yet so we don’t even know how many have signed up. Also, some girls will drop out of rush or be released from rush throughout the week so we don’t have a final count until the morning of bid day after they’ve finalized how many PNM’s are left
