doing COB and idk what to expect

What year are you? Usually it’s going to be harder if you’re anything but a freshman, if you’re an upperclassman a bid definitely isn’t guaranteed.

hey girl! so glad you’re doing cob! just like with fall formal rush, you’ll have the best experience if you go through the process being yourself and looking for the group of girls where you legitimately feel like you feel the best. when i rushed, the house that made me feel the most wanted was the one i pledged and i could not have made a better decision. especially with cob make sure to talk to representatives of every sorority at open house and try to go to as many events throughout the week as possible! good luck!

Make sure your Instagram is spot on. They make most of their selections before school starts and go by your social media. The girls that have friends already in or that are local are easy shoe-ins. Next up are girls with money, so be sure to make up a story about your European vacation over Christmas break. They are looking for girls that can party w/out having negative online image. Nail all of the above and you'll get a bid no problem.

Hey girl!! Good luck to you and have fun! Like other people said keep your options open. Most sororities are only looking for a few people so don’t let it hurt your feelings because it isn’t personal!! If you fall in love with one and don’t get in you can always go through again in fall!!

Be yourself! Don’t make up anything or act differently than normal. The girls in the sororities are also nervous. We wants y’all to like us as much as you want us to like you!
