Why is Pi Phi so bad?

I don’t mean to be disrespectful but why is pi phi always bottom of bottom tier every year? It seems like other sororities can go up and grow but Pi Phi always has low membership with less attractive members( often overweight, etc.) Is it something in their recruitment style? social media?

reputation. girls have an idea of them going into rush, so they all try to drop pi phi as soon as they can. the chapter doesn’t get to be selective at all, and kind of ends up as a safety net for the girls who got dropped everywhere else.

They also have a habit of talking poorly of other chapters to pnms during recruitment… another very unattractive trait about them
