Transferring in from out of state next year

Starting at a small college near home to get my academics in better shape. What fraternities are strongest with guys from certain cities in TN and out of state southern major cities? Certain ones more private school / rich kids, certain more small town guys? Grew up a Vol fan, but don’t know much about the UT fraternity scene. Thanks
