Truth ab ZTA and how the chapter is run

ZTA focuses so much on becoming a top tier and winning chapter of the year that it makes their members miserable and takes away from their sisterhood. If ZTA could focus on their sisterhood rather than awards and accolades maybe then they could rise to where they used to be years ago. If you choose to go ZTA just be cautious about numerous fines, excessive requirements, and disregard of general chapter members thoughts.
