Is it true pi phi is moving out of their house because they can't afford it???

It is absolutely NOT TRUE. Pi Phi has a great group of actives and very supportive Alum, which is why they are able to have such low dues compared to the other chapters even with one of the largest houses in Sorority Village. Whoever is spreading these rumors needs to stop.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever seen posted on here, and that's saying a lot. Pi Phi's got more financial backing from their Nationals than almost any other house in the Village. They'll never be in a situation where they can't afford the house.

Pi Phi is a strong sorority nationally and have LOTS of alumni money. Their house is BEAUTIFUL and they are not experiencing any financial troubles from what I've heard. PAN LOVE.
