initiation

I am a soon to be volunteer from out of state and I am thinking of going greek but I am very nervous about initiation. I have heard there is a no hazing policy now but that doesn't mean anything. I don't want to know about the initiation, I just want to know if anything bad (scary, hazing, dangerous) happens?

No sororities haze. I promise you!!!! Not at all. I'm in one and have friends in many different ones and none of us were hazed
