Hype Around Top Houses

I don’t get why Tri Delt is so top? they’re always rude and like to act exclusive. They aren’t very involved on campus and only come out at night to party? They aren’t involved with other chapters either?
Also don’t understand Phi Mu and KD they act entitled and aren’t very down to earth either? I liked KD a lot during recruitment but went with another house bc they just didn’t feel genuine?

They are involved, just not with chapters that have bad reps and scandals. Imo they’re doing better by themselves (highest amount of money raised for their philanthropy than any other greek org by a big margin) than if they were working w another chapter.
