Some of your info might be correct, but you are way out of line to voice your opinion, as if it is a fact, that certain houses do not care about GPA. I know in at least one instance that you are mistaken.

So not true. This is why don't come to this site for real information. First off, gpa is important to all Houses. Go to the sororities UT page. Gpa's are listed. You will be surprised which Houses have high gpa's and which ones have low gpa's. . All houses have and like to have out of staters. Most important, go to pan preview! That's the best way for a pnm to meet and visit all the Houses before the fall, have all your questions answered and see that all UT Houses have something to offer.

What's your point? Why be so negative and Debbie downer? Since al houses at UT are good, a pnm will land in a great house that wants her. Why isn't that good enough for you? Support Pan, quit criticizing.

I would take KD off the list, and you're 100% correct.

I am not saying that at all. Some houses are known only to take girls from TN and in actuality, CERTAIN areas of TN. So it's not just out of staters who don't have the chance. Some of the houses who take out of state girls are exclusive and pass over plenty of in state girls. Some of the houses prefer to have the diversity a well rounded chapter offers. Some of the houses with lots of out of state girls have the best sisterhoods from what I have seen.

of the best houses are the ones with a lot out of state girls. I will not say which house, but I passed up one pretty popular house who takes a fair amount of out of staters up for what I believed to be a better "tier" house. Honestly, it was the biggest mistake I have ever made, and I regret it to this day. Not to say I don't like my sorority because I do, but as an outsider I see how close these girls are. My friend pledged this house , and all her sisters I have met are amazing, beautiful women. I think the diversity is refreshing and something my house really doesn't have.

diversity means race and religious differences not zip code differences because everyone is still the same. sorry, that it seems to chap you that some houses preselect. so what. it just helps you to feel "diverse" in your house and thats all that should matter to you,right? seriously, why do you care and are aware what other houses do? no lie, you come off sounding resentful.

seriously this site is troll city. girls getting on here saying they went top tier but what a mistake! cuz all the oos went elsewhere(lower tier cough cough)and now they are so diverse its like being in nirvanna and top tier has nothing on them because, ummm, (no real reason) but thats reason enough! all your threads just make me want to be where you arent, "diverse" sounds like your excuse for hate drama.
