most did. Making quota does not mean you are more popular and not making quota does not mean that you are less popular. There are numerous reasons for both.

I think all of the sororities made quota in the fall. Of course, some girls have dropped and there were December graduates so some sororities will have spring rush, either their own COR events or the one sponsored by Panhellenic. The ones taking part in spring recruitment will be listed on the Panhellenic website around the middle of January.
