Where are they now?

I’m an Greek alum from Knox Co and graduated over a decade ago. I was told about this site by someone who isn’t Greek. Can someone list the High Schools around here and what sororities and frats graduates go into now? Doesn’t have to be every single one, basically the most known HS in the area and where they end up rushing. Just pure curiosity. I want to know if it’s anything similar to when I went. Thanks
