There are great girls in every chapter, but all it takes is a group of Nashville/Memphis girls in your GChi group who know people in other chapters to ruin any chapter's name during recruitment. What I said about Pi Phi was so easily said because it is so unbelievably rare for anyone to actually want to go there. Just like every other woman in a Greek organization, there's something about our chapter that drew us there in the first place. If girls want to go there and love it during recruitment, that's great. I just know from experience, it is not nearly as sought after as other chapters. Pan love is great, but we are all so deep into this tier nonsense that anyone that gets on this site to say their chapter is better than anyone else's cannot talk about pan love elsewhere.

a jealous, bitter girl who was probably cut by them, not "Ben Sweely." My suite mate is a DZ, and she and her sisters are some of the prettiest, nicest girls I have met. And no, I am not a DZ. I am a proud DG. Pan love!

That's a bunch of bull, and a fake line to try to get drama going to amp up your site. Nobody with any life would go visit all the SEC sites and study their posts. Being popular is a matter of opinion. The houses at UT are all amazing in their own way, so give up trying to start your drama.

Think that's the point she was trying to make? Popularity is a matter of opinion. Therefore, if the majority of people's posts say one thing then that means that is the popular opinion.

KD, DDD, or APOI who posted this...Do you really believe someone gets on all the SEC sites and looks at their posts? Nice try, though...how absolutely ridiculous. And if you do, you have absolutely no life. And if you look at DDD's posts, it's a whole lot of negative.

Absolutely. Keep an open mind, don't be influenced by gossip and chatter during rush and go with where you feel most comfortable. Every group has it's own personality. I've known too many who only cared about prestige and they ended up miserable. Good luck!

Ditto...everyone I knew wanted Phi Mu, KD, DDD, DZ, or AOPI. I also knew a lot who loved them. There is no doubt about it these were very popular during rush.

Your original post makes it obvious that you are a SK wanting to show differences between you and Pi Phi. Don't worry! SK is a great sorority and so is PiPhi. Both improving steadily. Yes, the tent talk about "tiers" is damaging and so were your unnecessary comments. Unfortunately, PNMs are swayed by these things. I've heard many older girls say that their desperation to get into what is considered a "top" sorority was ridiculous and even a mistake.
