I don't really agree on ZTA being top tier but I think that a ton of the sororities are flipped around since 2 years ago. Some that have previously been considered bottom tier are working their way up through campus involvement and fantastic pledge classes. And unless you're actively involved in Greek life,specifically with a sorority, you really can't have an opinion.
