Lambda Chi
Sigma Phi Epsilon

Not bad:

Delta Tau Delta (mostly)
Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI)
Pi Kappa Alpha

Sigma Alpha Epsilon
and sometimes Alpha Tau Omega
And whatever to the rest. =)

interesting to see how the make-up of IFC has changed over the years. previous big ones have seemingly been disbanded and reformed over time and are probably no longer what they once were. speaking from the late 90's (before Phi Sig's house was rebuilt) for perspective it was more like:
SAE
Kappa Sig
FIJI
Sigma Chi
Phi Delt
Sig Ep
KA
ATO
Lamda Chi
Pike
Pong
Sigma Nu
AGR
the remainder just did not have a presence

I still think it is hilarious that some of these fraternites that are rated here are top 10. I mean Pike, Sig Ep, FIJI, and Sigma CHI should all be in the top 5. Please do not tell that Phi Sig and Sigma Nu are in the top 5. Phi Sig has a lot of douchebags. Sigma Nu just got a house. No one take these rankings seriously please they are a joke.

As of right now the tiers
TOP
Pike - bc they have a new house but full of meatheads
Sigma Chi - traditionally good
FIGI - dont know how long this will last
Phi Sig - good but all brentwood/nashville
Middle
Lambda Chi - hope they get their house back
SAE - on the rise could be top soon
Sigma Nu - just got a new house
Sig Ep - used to be a top tier/ on the decline
Lower
PONG
AGR
DTD
Kappa Sig
