Is it time for Panhellenic to think about bringing on another sorority?

Panhellenic will not expand until every sorority is consistently at or above total for several years. It's too expensive for a national to colonize or reopen a closed chapter at an SEC school unless there is significantly more demand than spaces available. Adding another house would be an additional Issue, since there is so little space.
