northern/southern sororities

I'm coming to Tennessee from Ohio and I was wondering if there were more stereotypically "northern" or "southern" sororities or whether they're mixed. Thanks

DG is big in the Midwest and West Coast, but not so much here. Don't get me wrong. They've won Chapter of the Year for the last two years and they are a great group of women, but they don't have the reputation here that they do in other regions.
