The way recruitment is now in the first couple of rounds is mostly based on gpa and houses pick who they want after eliminating who doesn’t have gpas that meet their standards.

It also depends on Recs and connections. Are you a legacy? It matters...a little.

The number of women who drop out of their own volition is much higher than the number who are intentionally, completely dropped. Recruitment works to maximally place every confident student who meets all necessary requirements, keeps their mind open, and holds their heart high. Think of it this way: all women who are bid to one of our NPC groups through formal recruitment will be dropped by twelve groups (92.3% rejection!!!) and only kept by their bid home (7.7%).

I know one girl who got dropped from every house. But other than that one girl, the people who didn't end up in a sorority dropped out because they either didn't like the house they got, or they got dropped from their favorite house.
