Lower Tier: Sigma Kappa, Pi Phi - Rest

Must be a DG or AGR. No one else would rate AGR that high

This is STUPID!!!! The sororities are completely screwed up!!! Drop DDD ZTA DG and AXO down one level
And Move DZ up to Upper/Middle.
AGR and SAE need to drop 1 level
