TOP in NO ORDER: ADPI, TriDelt, KD, PhiMu, DZ
Middle: ZTA, DG, CHIO, AOPI
LOER: AXO, KKG, PiPhi, SK

There is very little difference between any of the houses in each of these tiers or among tiers really, and the ratings are so subjective. Certain houses appeal to different areas, but that does not make them better. Legacies probably think ADPI and CHIO are tops. Nashville/Franklin girls probably think PhiMu or DZ is top. Knoxville girls probably think KD is top, while Memphis girls want TriDelt. OOS girls probably like DZ and ZTA better.

These houses are placed in the right tiers based on popularity. I would say each of the houses within the tiers are about the same.
