letters of reccomendation

Hi! Congrats on your preparations for recruitment thus far. Some houses will automatically drop people without a letter night one just because they get so many letters. Other houses are not as strict. With that being said, some chapters had their due date for their letters back in late June/early July. Go in to all 13 houses with a positive attitude, but know you may be cut from some places for not having a letter. TBH, at this point there’s not much of a reason to scramble for a last minute letter. Some chapters won’t even look at the letters if they’re past the due date.

I don't understand how you have been 'accumulating' them. The forms are sent directly from the rec writers to the chapters, usually electronically via their nationals' web sites. I hope I have misunderstood; the recs should never be in pnm's hands.
