How many bids is each sorority allowed to give out?

The number of bids changes each year because sororities bid to Quota. Quota isn't determined until the Preferential Round; it is the total number of PNM's going to pref distributed over the total number of sororities. But houses can take slightly more than quota, called Quota Additions, which ensures that all PNM's who rank both their pref houses will get a bid even if it puts these houses a little over quota.
