I don’t think Pi Phi is bad chapter it’s just hard to group them. A lot of houses have a “type” or popular hometown & Pi Phi doesn’t it’s a very broad mix of girls. They have a good sisterhood but because of that you don’t see them out with other chapters as much. In the past they’ve had some strange girls & have done a lot to try & improve their reputation the past few years. Dumb rumors go around abour Pi Phi losing their house which is not helpful or true.
