The bid rate varies quite a bit between each fraternity and each year because of different circumstances. As for diversity, the smaller fraternities usually have a little more diversity because of the need for members. As far as recommendations go, Phi Kappa Psi is a smaller fraternity on the row that has a lot of out of state guys. This is due to the National fraternity being more popular in the northern and west coast regions. But honestly, where you’re from shouldn’t matter to them, it should be just about you’re personality and how well you mesh with the guys recruiting you.
