This is extremely accurate. Each tier could be interchangeable based on what you're looking for, but popularity wise all about equal in each tier.

What is the basis for DZ being so high. They take more girls than anyone and retention is bad. What campus events have they won or placed. Based on this sight they are top but my guess is top self rankers att UTK. What category are they top in......grades....lip sync....homecoming.....l clarify

They take the same amount as the other houses, and their retention rate is in line with everyone elses. My guess is their popularity is based on looks, but really, so is KD and PhiMu's. As shallow as it is, the popular houses have the prettiest girls, and fraternities like the houses that have an overload of pretty girls.
