top: Kappa Sig, Phi Sig
upper mid: DTD, ATO, KA
lower mid: SNU, SAE, Sig Ep
bottom: AGR, Pike

Top Tier:

- Phi Sig: attractive guys, massive parties & tailgates
- DTD: atttactive guys, mostly nice, fun tailgates, some hipster type
- Kappa Sig: biggest frat on campus, attractive guys, fun philanthropy
- ATO: lots of nice & good-looking guys, lower end of top tier, fun parties & tailgates

Middle Tier:
- SAE: known for boxing weekend, nice guys, not quite top tier but coming close
- Sig Ep: were top tier but keep getting in trouble, cool guys though
- Sig Nu: fun parties, decent chapter but guys aren't especially nice or attractive
- Beta: fun parties & nice guys, on the rise but currently no house, small chapter
- AGR: super nice guys, agriculture, very involved on campus
- Pike: just got back on campus, haven't established themselves yet

Bottom Tier:
- Phi Delt: don't hear much from them, awkward
- Phi Psi: have a house on row but never see them out at tailgates, don't hear much from them
- Chi Phi: just got the old sig chi house but haven't changed much, very small chapter
- Farmhouse: very small, awkward guys
- AEPi: recently became an IFC frat, very small

Non-IFC:
- BYX, DKE

Currently kicked off campus:
- Sig Chi, Fiji, Lambda Chi, Pi Kapp

FINALLY RESOLVED

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.

I agree with the SNU comment omg. I have never met an attractive nice guy there.
