i don't know why people still put tri delt top. its a good chapter with some great girls but it is simply not a top house anymore. in pc '15, '16, and '17 they got a few awesome, top girls but the rest are pretty random

DZ, Chi O, and DDD are not above AOTT. DZ is not above ADTT. This is nonsense.

In 1998 you would be right but in 2017 AOPi, ADPi, and ChiO are firmly middle tier.
