Alphabetical order within tiers. I think all the houses in each tier are equivalent, just go for different girls. NOT ranked within tiers. If you love your house and feel you're a fit then tiers mean nothing.
Top: ADPI, DDD, DZ, KD, Phi Mu
Upper Mid: AXO, ChiO
Middle: AOPI, DG, Zeta
Bottom: KKG, Pi Phi, SK

ADPi is mid tier after recruitment. The only time anyone thinks to put them as top tier (including themselves) is during recruitment because they have a great house and put on an awesome recruitment. I don't know why they bother because the legacies going through are going ADPi either way

Legacies will stay all 4 years, private school girls have parents that will pay all 4 years

I would say an ADPi posted this. Every ranking on here is not by a DZ. Every poster on here is not DZ. Are you a DZ? You are on here. I am not a DZ but I am willing to admit that there are alot of people who consider DZ top tier. When I went through recruitment most of the girls I knew wanted PhiMu, KD, or DZ. I know a lot of DZs and yes they like to have fun but they have a lot of pretty and sweet girls. There are girls in every house that we would all like to hide in the back room, because of how they act and bring down their house.

They cut heavy at the front cause they are mainly taking legacies and private school. Not diverse at all. Mid tier at best with what they actually get out of the big cuts they make round one. Most of the girls I know would have cut them before preference anyway.
