I'm a freshman & I went through rush this year. This is just my opinion based on what I saw and what people told me

Top: phi sig, dtd, kappa sig
Upper middle: ato, sig ep, ka
Middle: sae, pike, sig nu
Lower middle: beta, agr, phi delt
Bottom: phi psi, chi phi, farmhouse

From another rushee this is pretty accurate. I might move phi delt down a tier, but the rest is spot on.

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.

Definitely would move SAE to top tier and bring DTD down one but other than that pretty accurate.
