What are the chances of getting your #1 house that you had for pref?

It depends on how high you are on the list they turned in. If you are ranked #2 on your 2nd choice and #45 on your 1st choice you may very well be paired with your 2nd choice.

If quota is 60 and you are ranked between 1 and 60 on your first choice's list, you get your first choice no where your second choice ranks you. RFM tries to match you to your first choice until that group makes quota. Then it moves to your second choice, then to your third if necessary.
