"top" houses

as recruitment is just around the corner I feel like it needs to be said on here that the "top" chapters are considered to be there mainly because they are known to get the prettiest girls with the most instagram followers, not because their girls are the kindest or funniest or their sisterhood is the best. If tiers were really done based on these things that mattered then they would look a hell of a lot different than what's on this site.
