Wear shorts 1st round; a casual skirt is a little overdressed and does not work at all for sitting on the floor/ground. Do not wear blue denim shorts, too casual. White shorts will show every spot and wear mark especially from sitting on floor/ground. Also make sure that your shorts will not wrinkle too much; that's a bad look.

You can wear heels/wedges during rounds 2 and 3 but they had better be comfortable. Your poor feet have to last all day long for 4 long days with a lot of walking, and then again on pref. You won't be at your best with blisters and sore feet. Of the two, wedges can offer more comfort because they distribute your weight. Wear all your shoes a lot right now to make sure they will not kill you during rush. If you need to add pads or moleskin or even get a new pair you need to know now; don't wear untested shoes for the first time during rush week.
