DZ is known for being "easy DZ" which is true to some of girls, but its that way in any sorority. Dont let that fool you because they do have some really sweet and good girls. Most DZ's I have met party pretty hard. It is pretty easy to get into them. They dont really require recs, and accept alot of people but they are getting better. By no means are they bottom tier. They would defintiely be a mid tier sorority. They have a very wide variety of girls so you could probably find where you fit in there. Their house was one of the first ones finished in sorority village and its pretty nice!
Chi O is very hard to get into. Basically if you arent a legacy, you arent getting in. Everyone says they have their pledge class chosen before rush, dont know if that is true or not though. They are known for being more "hipster" like I guess you could say, but they still have girly girls. They used to be top tier, but they have gone down recently. Still they are a good sorority though.
AOPI is considered a top tier. It has a lot of very sweet and pretty girls. They have a good reputation with other sororities and I know alot of the frat guys like them too. They are known for being classy, but they definitely still party. Out of the three I would say they are probably the best. But it just depends on where you fit!
