continuous open bidding. pi phi is and sigma kappa did, kappa did some snap bids, so did dg, and i heard aopi did as well but i don't know that last one for sure

i think that they want to get them in before initiation or before they're too far behind on anything maybe? i'm not sure but if they need to get their numbers up to pay for the house or whatever they probably want the new girls in sooner rather than later.
