legacy info
by: pnmHi, I plan on rushing in the fall and my sister is an ADPI at another school. She will be a senior when I rush. Do I still count as a legacy? Will I be considered a legacy?

You will need an ADPi to answer your post because each sorority has different definitions of what is considered a legacy. You probably will be. ADPi, here in Knox, gets a lot of legacies and a lot of those are chapter legacies, which makes it difficult to get in. I highly suggest you come into rush with an open mind and look for a sorority that fits you. ADPi here may have a completely different vibe than ADPi where your sister is. Good Luck where ever you end up.

That if you are a legacy to a sorority, you tell that sorority that you are a legacy through your recs, but do not put it on your pan paperwork. You might be dropped from other sororities because they assume that you want to go to your legacy house (even if it is not true), and that is an easy way to cut someone when numbers are so large.
