I'm thinking about transferring here in the fall, I'm already in a sorority at the school I'm at now.. how does it work transferring everything over?

If your sorority has a chapter here, then you need to get in touch with that chapter and see what it takes to transfer into that chapter. If your sorority doesn't have a chapter here and you are already an active, you can not join another sorority.
