You seriously can't think ADPI is that low and PhiMu is that high? PhiMu's recruitment was mediocre, while ADPI's was stellar. AOPI is also too low. They should really be right below KD. I also would not put TriDelt as the top house at UT. They are not diverse at all. Kappa should be down below Zeta and Sigma Kappa below DG. Do you go to school here?

Okay girly, let me explain. ADPi isn't a "bad" chapter, but they hardly do anything. They've barely come out of their diamond shells to interact with the rest of the Greeks this semester at all. Their social chair should be embarrassed. They hardly even exist. Phi mu is honestly only up that high because of their reputation. I had a hard time placing them. They've definitely dropped but they were the top house imo before, so idk. They've maintained their social status fairly well despite a rougher recruitment as far as I'm concerned. AOPi is as low as they are because they too have barely done anything this semester, and while they dominated at lipsync they managed to piss off the entire rest of the community in doing so by ~supposedly~ breaking rules, buying out all the Friday night tickets, etc. that's my opinion on that. I put tri delt as the top house mainly because I didn't know who else to put. I have a lot of respect for their efforts this semester after their embarrassing little incident last year. They've managed to make that be barely a blip on the radar rather than a game-changer in the ranks. They kept up social events, they recruited well. I guess they're not all that diverse but come on. Panhellenic is about 99% rich white people anyway, myself included, so how diverse are we expecting them to be? In all honestly they might not be top but again, wasn't sure who else. Recruitment, a fun philanthropy event, have stayed social. They've been bottom forever so it's tempting to just keep them there, but to deny that they've improved dramatically would be dishonest. Zeta did basically the opposite, and they should expect to be lower than KKG for a while unless they get their act together. I put DG lower than SK because DG is still struggling. While they're still light years ahead of Pi Phi, they are still struggling. If they can keep up good momentum they'll be higher and maybe even mid tier next semester. Lastly, AXO recruited better than they have in years. They held a philanthropy event that was a massive success with almost all the fraternities and secured themselves a strong social standing by doing so. Then they won hoco despite their unfortunate partnering. Axo is honestly becoming a powerhouse, and while they could easily slip back down, the so-called top houses should watch their backs.

I don't think the top houses need to "watch their backs" where AXO is concerned. They are nice girls and all, but I would not put them in the same category as PhiMu, TriDelt, Dz, or KD.

For all their supposed shortcomings, the chapters in the first row are generally harder to get into and wanted by girls from a variety of places, even if they tend to take girls from a certain area. Tri delt had issues, phi mu is pretty stagnant & takes the same type of girl, KD can be pretty rude and self-absorbed, and DZ girls can get a big head as well. Having said that, they have a lot of the stand out pretty girls but also having a lot of money and pageant experience helps when taking a great insta etc. usually good grades.

Middle row is more academically driven and about the Jesus peeps with clean reps. Less pageant queens and more SGA and student body president types. Can be stand-offish & a little snooty, but tend to have a good mix of sporty and smart. AXO parties a lot more openly than the others but I know plenty of stoners hidden among the holy crowd in this row.

Bottom row just has a great mix of out of state girls and in state girls who maybe weren't the most popular cheerleaders or star academic girls. There are a lot of smart girls in each house, even the ones with bad GPAs. You just don't see them as much because they are overwhelmed with a lot of the party girls, which isn't necessarily a horrible thing. some not so great girls mixed in with a majority of laid back girls wanting to be Greek but maybe aren't from the south or have family who have been.

SigEp knows that the concept of pledging is counterproductive to a brother's experience because it limits his abilities to participate or contribute to the chapter from day one. Restricting the rights of our brothers hinders growth and ultimately doesn't challenge them to reach their full potential.

Y'all would do well to remember that this was based entirely off THIS SEMESTER which is why you probably disagree with some things! Not meant to be a reflection as a whole ok
