I'm a Kappa at another SEC school and we are considered a top house here and I know that kappa is top at a lot of other SEC. What are they lacking at UTK that stops them from being top here?

At other SEC schools ranks are based on houses whose girls have the most connections and best reputation but at UT ranks are best on attractiveness

I feel like KKG here is neutral. They have nice girls, a pretty house, they're fun but there's nothing that makes them standout. They have attractive girls but I feel like you don't see as many KKGs out & about as you do other sororities. Nothing wrong with them though.
